What kinds of therapy do you use?
Think calm, honest conversations with a mix of structure and space. Sometimes we’ll reflect and go deep; other times we’ll use specific strategies or tools. We’ll always go at your pace.

What’s therapy like with you?
I use EMDR, mindfulness, Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), and tools from CBT, DBT, and client-centered therapy. I also incorporate workbooks or guided scripts for focused topics like grief, boundaries, or self-worth.
Can I come to therapy even if I don’t know what I need?
Absolutely. You don’t have to have it all figured out — that’s part of the process. Therapy can help you find language, clarity, and direction.
